References in this document to “PeptideSupplyCo” refer to the business in its capacity as the operator of the Site, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Delivery Without Signature All orders are delivered without requiring a signature to maintain discretion and safety. Packages will be left in a safe location at your shipping address. If a safe location is not available, the parcel may be held at your local post office or collection centre. You can provide specific delivery instructions during checkout to assist the courier.

Tracking updates will be provided via the tracking number emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be delayed due to courier performance, weather, or high order volumes. PeptideSupplyCo ensures all peptides are packaged securely to maintain integrity during transit. We appreciate your understanding and patience with Australia Post during these periods.

Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped at standard rates unless otherwise indicated. PeptideSupplyCo ships using Australia Post to provide secure and trackable delivery across Australia. 

Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are usually dispatched the same day. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery estimates (Metro areas): 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates (Regional & Remote areas): 3–7 business days

Please note that PeptideSupplyCo only ships within Australia due to regulatory restrictions on research compounds.

Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and link to Australia Post will be sent to your email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active. 

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. PeptideSupplyCo is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error: info@peptidesupplyco.com.au

Once your order is dispatched, risk and responsibility pass to the courier. PeptideSupplyCo cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels after dispatch, though we will provide assistance and supporting documentation for courier claims. 

Packaging & Product Protection

All peptides are packaged in secure, tamper-evident bubble wrap and padded envelopes to maintain product integrity. Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to handle and store the products correctly according to the instructions provided. PeptideSupplyCo is not responsible for product breakage, improper storage, or expiry once delivered.

Split Shipping

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock availability. Each package will have its own tracking number.

PO Boxes & International Shipping

At this time, PeptideSupplyCo does not ship to PO Boxes. Orders must be sent to a physical street address within Australia.

International shipping is not available due to regulatory restrictions on research compounds.
