The PeptideSupplyCo business (including this website and associated services) is operated by PeptideSupplyCo (ABN: 88 695 662 214) (“PeptideSupplyCo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). References in this document to “PeptideSupplyCo” refer to the business in its capacity as the operator of the Site, unless expressly stated otherwise.

PeptideSupplyCo Support, Cancellation & Returns Policy

No Returns for Opened or Used Products

For safety, quality control, and contamination-prevention reasons, PeptideSupplyCo does not accept returns of any opened or used peptide vials or research materials. Once a product leaves our controlled facility, its integrity cannot be verified if returned. As a result, all opened products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy

Once verified, PeptideSupplyCo may, at its discretion:

•  Replace the affected item(s)
• Issue a full or partial refund
•  Provide store credit for future purchases

In some cases, we may request that the item(s) be returned or safely disposed of.

Lost or Delayed Orders

We use reputable courier services for all deliveries. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are outside our direct control. We will assist with tracking and resolving shipping issues wherever possible. 

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

• An incorrect product was supplied
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The order was cancelled prior to dispatch
• The product is deemed faulty under applicable consumer law

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Confirmation will be provided once the refund has been issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be granted where:

• Products were used for purposes other than laboratory research
• Products were mishandled, improperly stored, or tampered with
• An incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout
• A claim is submitted outside the stated reporting timeframe

Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery

Australian Consumer Law states that risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer once the package is dispatched. PeptideSupplyCo ensures products are securely packed, but the courier company assumes responsibility once goods are in transit.

If an order is damaged or lost during transit, contact us immediately so we can provide
supporting documentation for claims with the courier.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once products have left our facility, they cannot be cancelled or refunded as they are considered research-grade and “made-to-order.”

Fraudulent Information

By registering an account and placing orders, you agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information. Falsifying personal or payment information constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.

Products listed on our Site are subject to availability. PeptideSupplyCo reserves the right to adjust pricing or availability without notice.
